Took part in a ten mile charity walk - around the village - for Manorlands - a Sue Ryder Hospice - seven other people - in my group - spotting this creature at Ravenroyd

After returning to the start point for tea and cake - had also taken refreshment at two pubs on the walk - received a certificate

Dearie me - perhaps I should start taking the medication
