Wirral Country Park again

kwchas had to get up early this morning to go to London for the football so I got up with him and took myself back to Wirral Country Park.

So glad I did!  It was a stunning morning and I arrived just as the tide was coming in so it pushed the wading birds closer to the shore.  I wish every morning was like this - a deserted beach, early morning sunshine and only the sound of the Oystercatchers - bliss.

Talking of which, my extra is of an Oystercatcher.
