Welcome to the Treehouse!

We dropped by briefly on the way home from Banchory this afternoon to take a look at the Treehouse emporium that opened earlier this year in the building formerly occupied by The Millers in Midmar.

We didn't actually buy anything while we were there, but were both intrigued by the effect of the colour scheme inside. As you might guess from the outside, all the interiors are decorated in a palette dominated by shades of off-white, beige and grey, which makes the occasional coloured item - a crimson cushion, say, or a child's pink duvet cover - really leap out and catch one's eye.
