Incredible India.

Like the stratas of rock in the Himalayan ranges,
distinct lines of colours formed many years ago,
touching each other, but not quite inter-mingling,
so are the stratas of Indian society,
existing side by side yet remaining apart,
the boys on the rickshaws delivering sacks of spices,
for the wealthy merchants to mark up and sell,
to the many shoppers  who throng the streets.

Now  back home in NZ this will be the last blip of my month-long trip to India.
It has been incredible.
It has been congested roads...filled with every type of vehicle imaginable...trucks,cars,bikes,tuk-tuks, buses.....filled with people,people walking,people shopping,people washing.....filled with sheep,goats,cows...
It has been absolutely magnificent scenery.
it has been manual labour.
It has been such tasty food.
It has been friendly people.
It has been unforgettable.
