HERO DOG

He's the VIP's favourite night time cuddlee while staying with us (his favourite day time cuddlee being the Prof, of course) .  Until last week he had no name and was simply referred to as 'dog', but following a bed time story in which he featured he has been named 'Hero Dog' in honour of his bravery.  Hero was brave again today; going through the torture of a wash and spin and the indignity of being hung out to dry, but he never loses his placid* smile.  A bit like the Prof, actually.
