Belstone Tor, Dartmoor

As it was such a lovely day today we decided to revisit Belstone to do a walk I did in August when the weather was very bad.  We started off retracing our steps fairly easily but unfortunately managed to loose the path after fording the River Taw.  Its surprising how wet the ground can be, although I realise now we were wandering in Taw Marsh, and we spent a couple of hours there jumping from one tussock to another looking for a path.  We decided to retrace our steps however and headed up to the nearby Higher Tor and Belstone Tor before returning to Belstone.

The weather was very good and the views stunning, great to see what we missed the last time.
