Looks Like We Made It!?!?

Mimi was excited today finally arrived and she was off to Dumfries to train with Scotland Under 18 Ladies.  She was hyper all week waiting, as a parent you worry that your children will be out of their depth in a situation and today was one of those days but WOW did she deliver in spades on the ice.

There were classroom sessions, lectures and strength and conditioning works making for a very long day before the on ice session arrived and she soaked everything in like a sponge.  She played way above her ten years against girls up to 18 years old and she was the youngest by far.

Seeing her in that jersey made me so proud I could feel the tears welling up, stupid I know, but she has achieved so much and she just amazes me!!!!
