Restoration

Our previous builders drove heavy vehicles down our drive and across our lawn edge, forcing the edging brickwork down into the soil.  They then piled a large quantity of soil onto the concrete of our drive adjacent to this edging, cracking the concrete and digging part of it up, upon removal of the soil.  Today’s blip shows me replacing the lawn edging, with dry brickwork.  I am doing it this way so that I can use these bricks to locate the edge of some concrete, which I will lay down on the drive as soon as I can.  I will then lift out these bricks, level them fully and cement them in.
