The solstice is past and now the sun is going down at about 6:30
Here we are looking west, towards the mainland, from the island, between the two bridges.
The fountain is only there in the summer and I suppose it will be heading indoors soon.
Both jan and I are fairly tired after jumping up at 4:30 this morning to check out the lunar clipse.
JanHar's blip is taken from the same spot but she photographed the car and our new table, lit up by the setting sun, while I took the more predictable image.  We could have stood back-to-back to take our pictures.
