Nova Scotia

Another rocky coast - this time in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We visited a place called Peggy's Cove where there was another lighthouse, and all these smooth rocks. It was a short stop, then off to a maple candy shop, and then to the Titanic Gravesite. 121 victims of the disaster are buried here. Some of them were identified at the time, others were not and they have a granite marker that shows a number and the date. Some have been since identified due to dna testing, and their names have been added to the markers. It was very interesting. We got back to the ship just before it was time to leave. Tomorrow is another sea day, and then it's home again.
