Kenwood

An early morning ride up and down Swains Lane to check whether my knee would be up to the 94 mile bike ride tomorrow. It felt ok, although the 12% gradient didn't; I need to do some more of those through the winter months. Stopped by Kenwood on the way home. It was such a perfect autumnal morning: that deep blue sky, that you can lose yourself in. The greenery was so lush too. Didn't really want to leave. Hope we can have a day like this up there next year.
