morning commute

I just returned from a cycling workout at the gym this evening and feel great : ) Other good news is that I have been on Weight Watchers for six weeks and have been losing weight at a rate of about 2 lbs a week! I haven't followed the plan 100% of the time, but have found that the more I track my food intake and exercise the better I do.
