Dumplings at my sisters birthday party. Huge!!!!!!


Hoorische: dumplings formed from raw grated potatoes, filled with minced meat and liver sausage. One dumpling about 10 cm in diameter.
One of the babies enough for the average appetite (I had two). Served with Specksosse and Sauerkraut.

Leftovers can be fried in a pan and come out with a nice crunchy crost.
