LATERAL MOVEMENT

Now you'd have to wonder why anyone would put up a blip with a ballpoint pen stuck on a retaining wall - yes well poor Mr and Mrs poo are fighting with the powers that be over whether there is lateral movement totheir retaining wall and if they'll pay for the repair of same.  This is all about christchurch E'.quakes - and I've never talked about them much in the last 5 years - but I'm hopping mad for Mr and Mrs Poo -you can tell me what you think if you like??
