Is this such a good idea???

Well I had made plans to go off walking for a few days, maps, boots, kit at the ready.... then for the last two days we've had continual heavy rain, with some torrential down pours.....not too sure that the Brecon beacons will be quite so inviting in this weather. So I've re-waterproofed my coat, over trousers and boots......and if it comes to it I'm sure I can find a nice cosy pub to spend a few hours whilst the rain passes!! (although I could be waiting in the pub a while!!!)
