Much more fun today. Interviewed for a developer role, gave it to the first person we met, via skype as well which was very odd. Interesting recruitment people as well, massively sales driven and a complete pain in the arse but they did a cracking job. I'll use them again.

Meeting with the fireworks people tonight, planning is going really well. Getting very exciting, hope we get a few practices in ;)
