Sleeping beauty

I've realised that this is turning into something of a water birds week for me. I paid my first visit to the London Wetlands Centre in what seems like ages and to be honest it was a little disappointing. Another lovely blue sky day but there wasn't really that much that caught the eye. I snapped this dozing mute swan on the lake by the entrance.
