Stunning statue

Walking after work to catch my train I go past this large piece of artwork every day. It stands over 30 feet tall and looks a bit different each day, depending on lighting and angle. There is a large outdoor patio bar right behind it, and when the weather is good and our sports teams are doing well, it is packed and bopping to a live band. Not today though, and likely not until next spring ....sigh...
