A lazy Hazy Crazy Day of Indian Summer

This is the glorious Newlands Valley that runs from Keswick towards the coast, on a day where early fog left a lingering mist that lasted all day.
We parked in Keswick at Lakeside to eat our packed lunch and to my surprise there were quite a few butterflies and bees about, hence my second and rather more colourful image.
