Back in the Woods

After a Summer break it was good to join the other volunteers in the Osborne House Swiss Woods.

We did some work but most of the time was spent playing catch-up on all the gossip.

The pic shows an area we cleared of unwanted trees and vegetation some time ago to enable light to get to the forest floor around the big trees. Nature is already claiming back what was bare earth.
