Farmers' Market at The Mill

The house had a very autumnal feel about it this morning and it was certainly too chilly in the conservatory, so we sat and read the papers in the lounge (with the fire on).

It brightened up after lunch so we walked down to the old Water Mill where there was a farmers' market, then a circuit of the privately owned park before heading back home for a cup of tea.  We met a couple of really enthusiastic puppies in the park, one Fox Terrier and an Old English Sheepdog, which was eyeing up the sheep.  I do miss not having a dog, but I don't miss being tied down, if you follow my drift.

Just a quick blip of the market at the Water Mill.
