Solitary Plum

Out of three apple trees and a plum tree, we are to harvest a single plum.  And it doesn't look particularly appetising.

Maybe we should be grateful for any sort of harvest.

They will all be given a good talking to over the winter.  I may even whisper how good apple and plum wood is to burn.
