Back on the bicycle at last today. Replacement for the worn out tyre arrived yesterday, and fitted last night. Even went swimming tonight too, for the first time in about a month. Muscles will be in shock tomorrow, but I'll sleep well tonight.

Getting to the time of year for the wider aperture lenses methinks - prime time. Suspect there'll plenty work days when I both arrive and leave in darkness, seeing next to no daylight in between. Hopefully a better incentive to go out more at the weekends.
