Midsummer in Sweden

The whole northern hemisphere or at least Finland and Sweden gathered around to celebrate that the day is finally getting shorter.
In Sweden people dance around the Midsummer Pole, in Finland its the kokko. Not sure about the Swedish rites, it has definitely something to do with fertility.
In Finland the kokko is a big bonfire lightened to celebrate Ukko, highest god in Finnish mythology. Kokko, by the way, is a synonym for eagle (Kotka in Finnish) and is known to be the bird of Ukko.
Besides those rites the swedes and finns have a tendency to drink a lot during the midsummer. And of course in Finland we have the Sauna. The picture is taken in Domarudden, the best public sauna I've found in all of the Stockholm.
