Deep Purple

We came across this beautiful ranunculus in a garden bed in Seymour Square. At that stage there was little wind and not the strong gales that have been predicted. We are having a lovely weekend. Our daughter, Margaret and granddaughter, Emily are over from Wellington for a few days. Emily is wearing a "FitBit" bracelet to track her physical activity. I weakened and bought myself one too. Mine is purple. Emily has enjoyed setting it up for me this evening.
