Spent a good chunk of the morning and early arvo reading, determined for once to get through  the whole of a book  before it has to go back to the library. And what a great book it is too!

Late afternoon involved an aborted swimming trip thanks to those dreaded two words - 1) timetable 2) change. Bah.

Right, best get on with cooking, got a guest on the way and if her tea's not on the table when she arrives she goes radge.
