After and Before

Today's challenge was The Great Cumbrian Run, my home event!

And I romped home in 2.12.20!!! 2 minutes faster than my previous personal best!!!

And don't forget, that I am fundraising for Eden Animal Rescue whilst running. Every penny I raise goes to help unwanted and unloved animals until they find a new home.
