What do I do now ?

Monty the budgie has had his bath, now it's time to play his favourite game of 'chase the cotton reel'.  He is very good at moving his toys around, he tips them over, then knocks them until they are facing in the direction he wants.(usually along the length of the room).  However, sometimes he miscalculates and it ends up stuck under the cupboard, so he just stares at it until someone rescues it for him. The whole thing then starts over again...and again...and again...
