AS PROMISED...

...in jars & labelled thanks to CorelDraw - it's no weapon of mass destruction - a bit hot, but (though I shouldn't say so myself) mighty tasty!

Also made some more Bara Brith (extra) - good thing about this being that there is not a molecule of any sort of grease in the recipe.  It's quite delicious in its own right but, slather a slice with a generous coat of salted butter & it's heaven!!
