SYDNEY HARBOUR WALK......Part 6...

.. Hobbs's Run and I continued our trek this morning around the majestic Sydney Harbour. With temperatures forecast to be up into the 33 degC in Sydney we decided on an early start. Paid off handsomely, as we were through the Rose Bay to Watson Bay section in good time enjoying the scenes and wild life.

Stopping for a cuppa at Shark Bay, we were lucky to spot a family of dolphins enjoying the mild morning. (check extras

Unfortunately, the warm atmosphere and harsher light meant a fair amount of haze, but still great to be out.

After a wonderful fish lunch at the famous Doyles Wharf take away , we took the cat ferry back to Circular Quay to pass the quite massive cruise ship Carnival Spirit (in extras) which Hobbs showed coming in as we walked.

By the time we arrived back at Penrith (always renowned to be top temperature on a hot day) it was close to 39 deg C. Yuk!!

Now to my Blip decision today.... whilst we went through one area of Vaucluse, (a prime section of Sydney's Real Estate)found this guy cleaning the drive to this absolutely wonderful property. Check here on Google maps No. 42 .

Story goes, it is on 6,000 sq metres of land fronting the Harbour with a home having everything that opens and shuts, and our friend the grounds man who tells us the owners live overseas, and are coming back for a party in December so he is preparing the grounds.

And, an invite to the party for those guessing closest to the perceived value of this "wonder"??

Oh okay, we were picked up from the ground when he told us the value around ...... ready..... A$100 million!!!!!

Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE
