Union Canal

On the drive over to visit mum in hospital I've noticed a wee car park by the canal just west of Linlithgow. Today I pulled off the road to have a short wander.  It felt funny without the dog who's gone to Islay for a week's holiday with Cameraman.  It had been wet this morning but you can see that a tiny bit of blue sky was putting in an appearance. In fact it was quite muggy.  I didn't walk for long which was just as well as there was a traffic jam and no parking when I got to the hospital so I was nearly late.
