Clover xx

It is with the heaviest of hearts I write this post, particularly as she features so heavily in my photojournal.

Clover's health took a surprising turn for the worst over the last couple of days. Yesterday the vets found a tumour in her bladder, but we got her home in the hope with some tlc and medication her condition might improve enough for her to be comfortable for a wee bit longer. Unfortunately she was unable to eat over night and we were unable to get her to eat anything more than a few blueberries during the day so we took her back to the vet to see if they could help get some food in her. However she had lost a lot of blood over the last couple of days and was very anaemic. The vets were still unable to get her to eat and she was in a very poorly state.

A couple of days ago we had a happy, feisty little bun, chasing after us for her veggies. Now we are left with a massive hole in our hearts and home despite her miniature stature. I hope she has found her sister Benji and has also found some blueberries.
