I did give the Powerlink a quick try but it wasn't shifting. As well as finally getting around to removing the sparebike's dead components in order to make it easier to fit the replacements (which have been in a cupboard since their purchase several months ago) I also gave the oldoldbike a brush, removing the mud it acquired on its final journey the January before last.
