Horizon scanning and overviews

Awake a lot in the night and feeling pretty grotty but a couple of big meetings in the morning (including in places with great views) before the start of 24 hour away day (luckily not actually away-last time was a bit grim!).
Went pretty well, though I struggled with coughs and general grot
Dinner in the whisky centre-a first!
Shattered
