Tanjung Uban

We went on a trip outside the resort area today and visited Tanjung Uban which is the second biggest town on Bintan (still not very big though).

One of the things that struck us was the number of motorbikes and motorcycles. Many of them are ridden by small children with no helmets. We asked our guide how old you had to be to ride one and he said 17 but because it is Indonesia no-one takes any notice.
