Farewell Melbourne....

Enjoyed an informative cruise on the Yarra River this morning… but saddened by the stories of the amount of rubbish that is collected every year through run off from the city, evidently the amount of garbage collected each and every year could fill the MCG, shame on us humans!
 
Visited a number of iconic spots and wandered through a couple of gardens, the magnificent architecture in Melbourne far surpasses that of Sydney and we’ve only scratched the surface. It was pretty hot, so to celebrate our last day we decided on lunching at the Grand Hyatt…. a spectacular way to end our southern sojourn….
 
Happened upon a launch event on our way back to the apartment… but that’s another story.
