sea swan

Tried some sea air today. Great to get out, feeling ok , not woozy or anything, but still worryingly short of breath. 

Exciting news from over the water, grandbaby girl may be on her way!  I'm sleeping with the phone tonight. 
And it's her Dad's birthday.
