Went to a knife skills lesson this morning at a local cookery school. It turned out I was the only person taking the lesson, which was nice as I got a one on one lesson . I'd taken my neices to the same place to bake bread in the summer, so I knew the guy. We ended up having a fun morning, and made a really lovely, if simple, soup.

Went and did a little bit of food shopping afterwards, then chilled out this afternoon. Work has been so busy I feel a bit shattered.
