Japanese Anemone

At 10 o'clock this morning I went to the South Fields, Cwmbran to watch C doing army fitness training, with a new group she has joined, to get back into shape (although she looks pretty good to me!) and I was worn out just watching them.  In between I helped I and G collect conkers which we found amongst the trees.  Later in the afternoon the four of us went to Cwmbran Town Centre to do a bit of shopping and afterwards needing some refreshment, C and I had a coffee whilst I and G had a soft drink and a gingerbread biscuit.

The anemones are just about hanging in there, winter is on its way.
