The Sage

A fantastic day in Newcastle watching Scotland v Samoa in the Rugby.  An early start (left the house at 7.30), train to Newcastle and then headed down to the Quayside for breakfast.  The Sage is an arts centre on the Gateshead side of the river. The building looks stunning with the light shining on it.
After breakfast, we headed back into the town centre to meet friends for some pre-match drinks.
The game itself was superb, nerve-wracking but ultimately the victory that Scotland required.
To see St James' Park full of Scots was an amazing sight.
The extra blips show the ground just before kick off and then the Samoans entertaining the crowd at the end of the game with their Siva Tau.
