I really don't like exercise but realise it is a necessary evil to allow me to eat and drink what I want and to remain fit.

Five weeks or so ago I started personal training sessions. Every Friday night I am forced to meet Gemma, my PT, for an hour of exercise.

Surprisingly I am enjoying it. So much that I have invested in a few weights so I can do some exercising at home (when I am there ) during the week.
