Blurry blue

Tonight's excitement was that after alot of noise and car horns from outside. There was then blue lights. I checked outside the window to discover there were 3 police cars, a police van and an ambulance. There was lots of car searching and hanging around, including one car being parked in by the police for a couple of hours.
