Sticky day

You know you've had a hard day at the nature reserve when you hang up your fleece and it looks like this. I was mowing lots of tall vegetation in an area where we are going to restore an old orchard...and gathering burs from Lesser Burdock as I went. My trousers and socks were covered in seed heads from Agrimony as well. Clever little things these wild hitch-hikers!
