Running like the wind because she wants to and she's free, and not because some stupid human wants to make money out of her. 

The worst thing about having a lurcher (see also whippet and greyhound) is finding out about them and why they exist as they do, and what people have done to them and are still doing to them. 

The rest is amazing. They are great fun and very loving. 

Rather out of focus but anyone who knows lurchers will understand why!
