Gingernut?

Among the six sunflower seeds that I planted from a packet two are different from the usual sunflowers.  They have hundreds of little fluffy petals and on researching this  I think they might be Gingernut as the similar SuperTed is too small, this being about a metre and a half tall.  It will be interesting to see if any seedheads which are suitable for birds will be produced.
