Tarn Hows

One of our most favourite of walks in the Lakes is Tarn Hows. We used to come here regularly when we lived in the Eden Valley, east of the Lakes. It brought back many happy memories of the time spent walking with our beautiful dog Floyd. Pi, the dog in the picture is so like him in many ways, similar temperament and very similar in looks. This was the first visit for us since Floyd passed away 7 years ago! Pi is going home tomorrow and we will miss him!!

A loved and faithful friend for 12 years, gone is the companionship, the love that passed all love of humankind!
