Perestroika!

A somewhat apt title, as 'perestroika' means change, and this headscarf was bought during that period in the Soviet Union (as was)
It was found by Dorsetb, in his loft! I remember buying it for my grandma, so transforming it into something I would wear is quite appropriate. Rather pleased with the outcome.
