Warwick Castle

Stopped off en route from Banbury to Leicester at Warwick Castle. It cost an arm and a leg to get in and seemed to have revamped as a children's paradise, judging by the number of costumed bratchildren throwing wobblies. Fortunately we made it inside before the 2pm children's tour!!! 

We had a wander round inside and smirked at the talking wax dummies! We had hoped to see the trebuchet in action, but no such luck.

I did find some yummy ginger biscuits and some strepsils in the giftshop though :)
