Introducing Maggie Aderin-Pocock

It was Ada Lovelace Day today. I blogged about it this morning, attended a meeting to set up a new network for women in science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine within my university this afternoon, and then spent the evening in the company of Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock.

Maggie delivered a lecture on the challenges of women in science. It was my job to introduce her. My blip is of the notes that I prepared for my wee introduction.

Exercise today: a tiny amount of walking (3,522 steps).
