Peppa at the park

Had a really nice day today, Dave was working late this evening so it was just the two of us all day right until after she went to bed...  

after being ill and grumpy last week, it's great to have some energy back and to enjoy being with little un... I'm feeling much better... Especially after eating the magic soup,  provided by my friends Paul and Heather,  which was delivered to my door yesterday with a smile and a big helping of good wishes... It's done the trick nicely ... 

We also had another social worker visit today.  Me and little un and four other mums and their newly adopted daughters, are going to be attending a 'theraplay' style playgroup over the next couple of months, the idea to help improve attachment, to learn some new games and techniques and to get a bit of support from the pros and also other families in the same position as us,  so we had a getting to know us visit today from the lady who's organising it all... It sounds like it's going to be a really good opportunity.

Finished the day with a nice walk to the park, with little un and granny Annie, and we watched all the geese flying overhead and chattering...
